What if you cannot make a contact with my loved one after I paid for a face-to- face evaluation/assessment?

A full refund, minus a nominal surcharge, will be issued to any client we are not able to contact or who does not grant us permission or reasonable access to their residence or temporary location for us to perform our evaluation.
